and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3202 people to apply for
Permanent Residence to Canada through Express Entry. The number of
invitations issued decreased by 207 invitations from the last draw
on June 28, 2017. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was
440, a slight drop of 9 points from the last draw. This is the
second draw since improvements to the Express Entry system that
came into force on June 6, 2017.
