United Airlines has not had much luck in the most recent news cycle, as an incident where a gentleman was removed by force off of an overbooked flight sparked a PR nightmare.

Since then, there have been a number of issues for the airline such as Canadians getting kicked off of flights, rabbits dying on their flights, downgrading passengers, and even pro golfers having their clubs destroyed.

Statements made in the police report suggest Dr. David Dao was "aggressive" and "flailing his arms" as he fought with officers, according to the incident reports filed by the officers that dragged him off of the plane.

Luckily, with the Freedom of Information Act request that the Los Angeles Times and others filed, the reports portray a different set of events from that seen in the videos that passengers filmed while the removal was occurring. The reports are available for viewing here.

Within the reports, the officers blame Dao for the injuries he sustained because he was fighting the officers. In an article by the LA Times, his personal injury lawyer calls the officers' reports "utter nonsense." They look to continue with the case.
