February 21, 2017 – The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is now accepting 2017 application for the International Masters Graduate Stream, the International PhD Graduate Stream and the Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream. The OINP has launched its online application system for these streams and is open for business. The government will be pausing and re-opening these streams periodically throughout the year in order to ensure processing efficiency, to ensure quality customer service and to monitor the volume of applications it processes. The sooner an application is made, the better, as there is a quota for this program and it is expected that the quota will be reached before the demand is met. We will be monitoring this program as details are released, and as changes to the program occur throughout the year, so please stay tuned.
