Please remember that as of April 1, 2016, travelers travelling to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program with an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) must have an e-Passport. Travelers from the Visa Waiver Program countries are still eligible to travel to the United States without and e-Passport if they have a valid non-immigrant visa. Travelers can apply for a non-immigrant visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
