Societies incorporated in BC should be getting ready to consider
what they need to do to transition under the new Societies Act of
British Columbia. The new Societies Act will come into effect on
November 28, 2016 and all societies incorporated in BC must
transition under the new act by November 28, 2018.
BC Registry Services has just released a useful guide on the
transition process. The guide can be found at the following
