Corporations Canada has extended the number of items that can be
filed online. This is meant to assist organizations in their
compliance efforts. The link for the Online Filing Centre is at https://www.ic.gc.ca/app/scr/cc/CorporationsCanada/index.html
and includes items for both not-for-profit corporations and
for-profit corporations. The list of items was modified in October,
2015 to include by-laws.
