The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) published for public comment Multilateral Instrument 13-102 System Fees for SEDAR and NRD (MI 13-102), which has been adopted by several other provincial securities regulators.  MI 13-102 currently applies in Alberta because it is incorporated by reference into section 24 of the Schedule to the Securities Regulation enacted under the Securities Act (Alberta).  The version of MI 13-102 proposed to be adopted by the ASC is virtually identical to the version already in force.  As such, SEDAR and NRD fees applicable in Alberta would not be changed.
