Canada's workforce is rapidly aging. Mandatory retirement
has been abolished. We associate aging with reduced
productivity and commitment. We need to concern ourselves with
succession planning. Human rights laws prohibit
discrimination on the basis of age. How can managers cope with the
complexity, challenges and opportunities of an aging workforce?
