The Brazilian Secretariat of Ports of the Presidency of Republic (SEP/PR) launched, on February 04, 2016, the Ordinance No. 30, of February 03, 2016, regarding the public hearing and consultation which purpose is the adaptation of the area of Vitória Port, in Espírito Santo State.
In accordance with the publication, the delimitation of the area proposed and its reasons are going to be available in SEP/PR's website: www.portosdobrasil.gov.br.
The contributions can be sent to the e-mail poligonais.vitoria@portosdobrasil.gov.br or to SEP/PR, located at Ed. Empresarial Varig - SCN Quadra 04, Pétala C - 13º andar - Centro Empresarial VARIG - Asa Norte - Brasília/DF - C.E.P.: 70.714-900, until May 03, 2016.
The public hearing is scheduled to be hold on April 01, 2016, in the city of Vitória/ES, from 08 am to 12 pm, at the Auditorium of the House of Representative of the Shopkeepers of Vitória, Governador Bley Avenue, No. 155, Downtown.
The publication of answers to the contributions and questions by SEP/PR through its website is scheduled to June 03, 2016. The interested parties may appeal against SEP/PR's answers during the period of June 06 to 15, 2016.
