Miller v Yarra CC [2019] VCAT 493
Application under Section 82 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (the Act) to review a decision to amend a permit. The medical centre is operating under a permit issued in 2015. An amended permit was issued in 2015 to allow internal and external works and internal layout changes. The current amendment application is to allow a 'restricted recreational' use to be used in conjunction with the medical centre, to increase the permitted hours of use for the medical centre with the Restricted Recreation use and to display signage.
