Given the commencement of the PPSA in recent weeks a number of
offshore and domestic participants in securitisation and covered
bond markets have had to grapple with the practical applications of
the Act and the PPS Register.

Because of this on Monday 30 April we will be hosting a banking
and financial services CPD Seminar during which we will cover a
number of the practical lessons learnt from our experiences with
the PPS register, registrations, the Act itself and the differing
approaches that have adopted in the industry so far.

We will also touch on some practical solutions we have offered to
clients in respect of actual and potential issues arising in
structured transactions in the brave new world of the PPSA.
