2019-11-13 – Canada immigration authorities have conducted a new Express Entry draw, issuing Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to 3,600 candidates.

The November 13 draw featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 472, three points lower than the previous.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has now invited 75,300 candidates in 2019, against a high-skilled immigration admission target of 81,400.

IRCC broke the record for annual Express Entry ITAs in 2018 with 89,800.

The draw saw the tie-breaking rule implemented on October 8, 2019, at 6.46 am EST. If more than one candidate had the minimum CRS score, only those who submitted their Express Entry profiles before this date and time received invitations.

This was the 23rd round of invitations under Express Entry in 2019 and 130th overall.
