Womble Carlyle attorney Doug Bonner will speak on "Federal Privacy Law: Implications of Congress' Overturn of the Obama-Era FCC Privacy Rules & Future Legislative Initiatives" at Privacy Policy Development and Implementation, a two-day conference presented by Law Seminars International.

Bonner will give an update on recent federal privacy case law and discuss the impact of leadership changes at the FTC, FCC and other federal agencies with consumer privacy jurisdiction. He also will discuss the prospects for future federal privacy law legislation.

The Privacy Policy Development and Implementation conference will include in-depth review of privacy regulations under the Trump administration, as well as related EU developments.
