CFTC MRAC Agenda Spotlights CCPs, Cyber Trends And Derivatives Markets

The CFTC released the agenda for the next Market Risk Advisory
Committee ("MRAC") meeting. The Committee will address
(i) the CFTC staff's response to recommendations by the Central
Counterparty ("CCP") Risk Management Subcommittee
concerning ways in which CCPs can better prepare for the default of
significant clearing members, (ii) cybersecurity and (iii)
performance in the derivatives market.
The public meeting will be held on April 25, 2017 from 10:00
a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
