April 10, 2017 – British Columbia immigration issued 458 invitations to apply in its biggest draw in 2017 for the BC PNP.

The majority of the invitations for Canada immigration went to skilled workers in the April 5, 2017 draw, as the province continued to turn away from international graduates.

Some 248 of the invitations went to skilled workers under both the province's Canada Express Entry stream and its own program.

International graduates were still given 151 invites, with 59 invitations going to entry level and semi-skilled workers.
