The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (No. 17 of 2014 ) (the "Ordinance") has been passed into law. The commencement date is yet to be gazetted.

The Ordinance is largely the same as the Bill that was introduced to the Legislative Council, and encompasses all the changes that were proposed in the Bill stage.
