Kenneth A. Rosenberg was quoted in the Law360 article, "NJ Senate Confirms Essex County Judicial Nominees." While the full text can be found in the August 18, 2014, issue of the Law360, a synopsis is noted below.

On August 18, 2014, the New Jersey Senate confirmed eight judicial nominees to the Essex County Superior Court, relieving the state's busiest court and its overwhelming number of vacancies on its bench.

According to Kenneth Rosenberg, who is president of the Essex County Bar Association, it has been more than four years since a new judge was appointed in Essex County.

Speaking on behalf of the association, Rosenberg stated that Monday was a memorable day not only for nominees who have long been waiting for approval, but also for Judge Costello and other jurists who will now receive additional support.

Rosenberg also said, "We are truly grateful for today's appointments and have renewed hope that this development signals a new spirit of cooperation amongst our politicians which will result in the other [13 to 14] vacancies being filled in short order."

He concluded by saying, "Essex County's residents and taxpayers deserve nothing less."
