The ex-wife of Chobani Inc. CEO Hamdi Ulukaya has been locked in a legal battle with the company since 2012 over a note that allegedly gave her a 53 percent stake in return for $500,000 in seed money for her now ex-husband's dairy business Euphrates Inc., from which Chobani was eventually spun off.

Ayse Giray is now seeking an injunction preventing her ex-husband and Chobani from any transaction that impairs her 53 percent stake in the company. She is also alleging Ulukaya obtained the company's Greek yogurt recipe by bribing a former employee of a rival dairy company.

Euphrates is represented by Scott L. Vernick and John A. Wait of Fox Rothschild.
