Fox Rothschild has released Data Breach 411, a new iPhone app designed to help companies suffering from a data breach. The app provides a listing of the varying state laws regarding responses to data breaches and notification requirements, as well as other resources.
"Our app is a 'one stop shop' for in-house counsel and privacy officers to instantly access the relevant state-specific details on what they need to do, who they need to notify, when and how," said Scott L. Vernick, a noted privacy attorney and Fox partner who spearheaded the creation of the app.
