The Turkish Privatization Administration (''PA'') has announced the dates for the new tender concerning the block sale of the entire shares of Hamitabat Elektrik Uretim ve Ticaret A.S.. (''Hamitabat A.S.''), which is the owner of Hamitabat Power Plant, a natural gas powered plant having an established capacity of 1.156 MW and located in the North-Western Turkey near Luleburgaz.

This is the second attempt of the PA to privatize Hamitabat A.S.  The first tender was launched in September 2011 but the tender was later canceled due to the low number of bids.  The last bid day concerning this second Hamitbat A.S. tender is set as 10 October 2012 and the Info Memo and the Tender Specs is now available as of 17 August 2012 in return of a fee of TL 10,000.  The amount of the bid bond is set as USD fifteen million.
