port operations in Perú–, in a secured finance
facility of US$ 44 millions granted by Scotiabank Perú
S.A.A. The funds will be used for debt management and make certain
acquisitions.
The financing is structured as a medium-term loan and is secured
by a mortgage over two properties of TRAMARSA and a pledge over its
present and future assets related to their maritime operations.
