Pryor Cashman served as lead counsel to brand management platform WHP Global on its recent $115 million acquisition of the Joseph Abboud trademarks from Tailored Brands. The transaction included a licensing agreement, whereby WHP obtained the exclusive rights to sell and rent Joseph Abboud branded apparel across the U.S. and Canada.

News of WHP Global’s acquisition of the Joseph Abboud trademarks was reported by WWD  and PE Hub, among other outlets.
