For purposes of admission to public offering, issuers must submit to the CNV: (i) economic, financial and corporate data; (ii) relevant facts that may affect the business of the issuing entity, its financial statements, or the quotation or value of its securities, and (iii) other relevant corporate resolutions or documents related to the issuance and listing of its securities. Foreign corporations from countries that are members of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions are required to provide the authorisation granted by their local regulatory agencies.
